CHAIRPERSON REQUIRED

BYH are seeking to appoint a chairperson to support & lead a dedicated & committed team of staff & management committee members.

You will need to have

• Interest in Youth Homelessness
• Some experience of management committee involvement
• Some knowledge of the voluntary sector
• Good leadership and communication skills

The Management Committee meets once every six weeks, on a Thursday at 7pm, in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire. We can reimburse any out-of-pocket expenses associated with attending these meetings.

Broxtowe Youth Homelessness seeks to prevent homelessness amongst young people between the ages of 16 and 25 years old in the Borough of Broxtowe, Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas. We work to increase access to accommodation and support to mitigate the worst outcomes for young people who become homeless through working jointly with local agencies.
