Help and advice about homelessness and housing is available at Broxtowe Borough Council at the Council Offices on Foster Avenue, Beeston. It is also available at the Council Offices on Nottingham Road, Eastwood on Tuesday afternoons and Friday mornings. You can phone the Housing Options Team to arrange an appointment on 0115 917 7777 ext. 3424
Broxtowe Borough Council Housing Options staff will decide whether there is a duty to provide temporary or permanent accommodation, or advice and assistance depending on your situation and needs. They can also give advice about other organisations that can help and support you.
Everyone who contacts the Housing Options Team is given advice about the full range of housing options including council accommodation, supported housing projects, Nightstop, housing association accommodation and private rented accommodation. The Housing Options Team will give you a copy of the advice given at the end of the interview and you will be given a named case-officer.
