The Activity aims
- to raise awareness of youth homelessness
- to promote available sources of local help and support
- to enable young people leaving home to make informed choices
Activity sessions are
- flexible
- interactive
- for groups of 4-40 young people
- all materials are provided
- delivered in various settings, including schools, colleges and youth
groups
Topics for discussion include
- why young people become homeless
- the impact of unplanned homelessness
- typical problems associated with homelessness
- where to get help
